In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.4 Consequences of Ineligibility. If ac366 determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including age, identity, or geographic restrictions — the account will be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account may be forfeited in accordance with ac366's anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. In cases involving underage gambling, all winnings will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used at the time of deposit, subject to verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one ac366 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited. Players who suspect they may already hold a dormant account should contact support before registering a new one.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

4.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ac366 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ac366 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). ac366 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion and will notify Players of material changes via the platform or registered email.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network minimums at the time of transaction. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed at the cashier page and may vary by payment method and Player verification status.

5.3 Deposit Processing Times. bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the Player's ac366 account within 60 seconds of successful confirmation from the payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations for USDT TRC-20, 6 for BTC, and 12 for ETH).

5.4 Own Payment Methods Only. Players must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name or mobile number. 6.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests require the Player's account to have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6.2 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be sent to the wallet address provided by the Player and verified during the KYC process. ac366 does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiple before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated in a promotion's terms, Players may only have one active bonus running at any time. Accepting a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus is still active will cause the earlier bonus to be cancelled.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Player's account automatically. ac366 does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.6 Seasonal and Event Promotions. ac366 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL. Each seasonal promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page for the duration of the relevant offer.

8.1 Game Outcomes. 14.4 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, the Player's licence to use the ac366 platform terminates immediately. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

16.4 Waiver of Class Action. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Players waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective, or representative proceeding.
